Ham and Swiss Quesadillas! YUMMY

I realized alot of you enjoyed seeing the recipe I found for you all last week so guess what!?!? I found ya another one! I found this quick and easy recipe under Hy-Vee‘s 30 Meals for $3.

All you need:
4 (8-inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided

4 tbsp chopped green onion, divided
1/4 pound DiLusso sliced ham, chopped, divided
4 tbsp crumbled, cooked Hy-Vee bacon
Hy-Vee mustard, optional
carrot chips
Hy-Vee ranch vegetable dip

  1. Place one tortilla on a large greased skillet over medium heat.
  2. Top tortilla with 1 tablespoon Swiss, 1 tablespoon green onion, 3 tablespoons ham, 1 tablespoon bacon and an additional tablespoon Swiss.
  3. Fold tortilla over and cook until golden on both sides, turning once. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve warm with mustard, if desired.

  2. Quesadillas are a big thing in my house. Everyone likes these. That is hard to find – a food everyone likes, lol.
