Recently, I’ve tried making a conscious effort to choose healthy snacks for myself and our family. Yoplait Whips! is an awesome yogurt alternative that comes in a variety of flavors you are sure to love.

I am a huge Chocolate fan so of course, the Chocolate Yoplait Whips was my favorite. The Whips Yogurts aren’t your typical yogurt. These healthy snack alternatives are light and fluffy, almost like a dessert. To me, it was like chocolate melting in your mouth. Something I had never thought about was having Yoplait Whips Yogurt FROZEN. Just pop your favorite Whips yogurt choice in a popsicle mold and you can make yourself Frozen Yogurt popsicles. It’s a great alternative to those sugary popsicles we so often grab from the grocery store.
