We've had one baby girl at the church I attend get the H1N1 and now we have a disabled young man with the regular flu, even though he got the flu shot over a month ago. I told his grandmother (that's who takes care of him) that it was probably a virus that wasn't in the flu shot mixture this year. I just hope neither her or her husband get ill from the grandson, because they both have serious medical problems too. The grandmother has leukemia and the grandfather has heart and lung issues.
There's alot of stuff going around this year, but nobody needs food poisoning on top of that. You have my sympathy, because my husband had it from bad meat a few years back and was extremely ill for over two weeks. I even had to take him to the hospital a couple of times to get IV fluids in him so he would not dehydrate and get an electrolyte imbalance during that time. He was in agony and we really had a hard time keeping his fevers down.
Hang in there.
I'll pray for you and your family.
