Mild Cheese Salsa Dip

Here’s a fun recipe that I found that is healthy and helps those little ones learn how to help while creating a fun snack!

Mild Cheese Salsa Dip

1/2 cup mild salsa

1 cup shredded light cheddar cheese

4 ounces light cream cheese

1 to 2 tablesppons ketchup

  • In a small microwaveable bowl, combine salsa, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese.
  • Microwave on medium for 1 minute or until cheeses are melted.
  • Stir in Ketchup until mixture is smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate up to one week. Reheating When Served.

Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.

Per Serving:128 Calories, 10 grams protein, 6 grams fat, 6 grams carbohydrates, 615 mg sodium, 19mg cholesterol
